AI Communication Coach

An AI-powered communication coach that ships in two flavours from one codebase: a local-first build where Ollama, Whisper.cpp and Piper run entirely on-device with zero external API calls, and a hosted build that swaps in OpenRouter via the Vercel AI SDK and the browser Web Speech API so the whole app deploys as a single Next.js service.
Composite damage assessment platform
A full-stack platform for assessing structural damage in composite (aircraft and industrial) components and driving the repair workflow that follows. Standardizes what is normally tribal knowledge into guided, auditable decision paths.
Telemedicine video infrastructure
Secure real-time video-consultation infrastructure for a healthcare context — built on WebRTC with self-hosted signalling and media relay, so patient sessions never depend on a third-party video vendor.
